AUTOMATIC SORTING of PLASTICS WASTE
SORTPLAST

TRIGLA designed the new automatic plastic separation plant. It is the completely new project and has no analogues in Russia.
We propose 2 systems capacities 500 and 1000 kg/h.

APPLICATION and WORKING PRINCIPLE

System SORTPLAST designed for fully automatic separation of plastic waste flow by type of material and its color in one step: : pet,pvc,ps,pp,pe,pa,abs etc.
Incoming material is any plasctic bulky waste (buttles, cans, etc).
Special conveyor system spreads the materials along the main conveyorbelt where the detectorhead is located.
Detector uses infrared and visual spectrum. It's possible for waste to be with dirt, sand and soil.
Passing through the detectorhead, the certain piece of material is being blown out from the conveyor into its dedicated storage cilo. The quantity of storage-cilo's and variants of sorting may differ according to customer's needs.

Detected colors	All main: green, brown, blue, red etc.
Optimal sorting items size	from 40 mm to 400 mm. If you need any special size - contact us.
Sorting purity	More than 99.5 %.
Capacity	Upto 0.8 ton/h. Depends on sorting material.
Type of waste to sort	Domestic plastic bottles, cans, any plastic waste with according size. Production plastic waste: tubes, bulky waste, furniture, containers etc. Just need shredder to install before the line.
Power consumption	for one line is less than 40 kWt, 380V.
